Public pages and booking
Service information, contacts and forms that send requests into the team workflow.
PROJECT / 01 / BUSINESS SYSTEM
A live website captures enquiries; the CRM turns them into jobs
Context
The business needed to handle enquiries, schedule customers, track jobs, assign work and calculate payments.
Staff need one place for job history, clear statuses and an up-to-date schedule. The public website and internal system now connect in one application.
Solution
A customer sends an enquiry through the public site. It appears in the CRM immediately, while a Telegram bot alerts configured team members so the request is noticed. Staff then manage the booking, job and payment records.
Built features
Service information, contacts and forms that send requests into the team workflow.
Job records, statuses, history and printable forms.
The director, manager and mechanic have separate permissions: the director manages all roles, while managers can create mechanic accounts. The team uses a shared booking calendar.
A mechanic can be assigned a revenue percentage and see their own earnings; the director sees overall figures. Telegram alerts notify configured team members about new website enquiries.
Result
The live website receives enquiries, and the CRM supports job tracking and everyday operations. I continue to maintain the system.
The interactive reconstruction lets you switch between a job board, job record and calendar. All names, jobs and amounts are fictional; it is separate from the live CRM.
