From a website enquiry to a CRM workflow
An enquiry from the live website appears in the CRM and triggers a Telegram alert. Director, manager and mechanic roles have different permissions; the team manages jobs, scheduling and payments.

Homeasy
A working rental-search prototype for Cambodia
The prototype collects listings, normalizes fields, detects duplicates and connects a bot with a Telegram mini app. It shows how I bring data sources, an API and an interface together.

I supported an IT environment with 800+ users. That experience helps me plan for monitoring, updates and support after a product goes live.

IT Support Specialist
ARMAN IT SYSTEMS LLCIn practice, the role covered systems administration and systems engineering duties.
- Administered Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS and Microsoft Exchange for more than 800 users.
- Used PowerShell to automate routine account, policy, software and update tasks; supported VMware vSphere virtual machines.
- Worked with Zabbix and Grafana, Veeam, Kaspersky and Cisco FMC; supported MS SQL and 1C.
- Handled service requests and SLA tracking in ServiceDesk, and supported telephony, video systems and access control.

- Built Python tools for Excel data, helped maintain VPS instances in Yandex Cloud, Mango Office and a WordPress site.
